The purpose of this blog is to display artwork created by the talented students who make up the OCS High School Art Program. God has given us the ability to create and these students do it well!

Art 1- Op Art
After a study of line and color, Art 1 students used straight lines to create an optical illusion. Students were then given the freedom to create the inside of their illusion however they wanted. However, they had to use a color scheme (or schemes) throughout their work.

Art 2- Ripped Paper Art
Art 2 students used ripped magazine pages to create the following projects! Each piece could not exceed 2 cm. As you can imagine, this was a very tedious process!

Students used various lines to complete their second line project in our study of the Element of Art, Line!
